Hours of Operation

The Student Success Center (SSC) is open Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00am - 3:00pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Summer hours vary, so please contact the SSC for summer hours of operation.

Please have your student ID ready when you come by to make an appointment.

When making an appointment, you will need the following information:

• Your CWID number
• Your course number
• Your professor's name

While appointments are not necessary, they are strongly recommended. We cannot guarantee that you will be seen without an appointment.* We recommend making appointments at least two days in advance, and even earlier if it is the week before midterms or finals.

*The Math Lab is available on a drop-in-only basis.  Please contact the SSC for hours of operation each semester.
