Psychological Resilience Clinic

College students are coping with more than their normal amount of stress this year. In addition to their usual responsibilities, they are also dealing with the uncertainty of the ongoing pandemic. The Psychological Resilience Clinic is here to provide students access to a safe space with a trusted mental health counselor who can provide them with much-needed support and resources. These services will promote wellness, enhance mental fitness, and focus on personal growth and cognitive flexibility.

The clinic is staffed by two Clinical Psychology graduate students who will be our Mental Wellness and Resiliency Coaches. The MWR coaches will be offering individual meetings and group discussions regarding topics such as stress reduction tactics, mindfulness techniques, time management skills, or whichever topic the students express an interest in.
