Overview
OneCard Program Mission Statement:
To provide cadets/students with a centralized location and means to access all non-academic aspects of The Citadel in a way designed to put their interests first. The OneCard Program unifies bookstore, dining, vending, athletics and concession accounts all on The Citadel Identification Card.
Operational Plan:
The OneCard makes campus life easier, creating an alternative to carrying cash, change, or other credit cards. Users can link their OneCard to a number of vital campus accounts, and can then use it to access meals, purchase snacks on campus, buy books at the bookstore, or pick up a Coke at a vending machine.
Cadets/Students can add value to a card online, at the Treasurer's Office or at the OneCard Office. Parents and spouses can add value to a family member's card online from anywhere. There are plans to integrate with Finance so Faculty/Staff can use payroll deduction to add value to cards. Of course, online value adding will also be available to Faculty/Staff.
Procedures:
If you are a cadet, you may obtain a OneCard at the Commandant's Office (Jenkins 208). If you are a CGC Student, Faculty, Staff, or any other affiliate of The Citadel, you may obtain a OneCard at the OneCard Office (208 Richardson).
Procedures for Reporting Lost Cards and Obtaining Replacement Cards:
Lost cards should be reported immediately to the OneCard Office (843-953-7000) or deactivated online. A replacement card may be obtained by visiting the OneCard Office (208 Richardson). Note that lost, stolen, or mutilated cards are subject to a $20 replacement fee. The issuance of a replacement card will invalidate any previously issued card.
