Facility Use Policy
Protection of Minors Policy
Events that may have VIP speakers or guests (including advisory board members and/or the President), are open to the public, are Corps-wide activities, require support from other departments, are scheduled over the five major weekends, or may impact campus operations must be briefed to the Institutional Planning Council.
Catering
